Pump Technician
About this role
Pump Technician role based in Abuja for Smartflow Technologies Limited. The position targets candidates with an engineering background and at least two years’ experience, capable of installing and maintaining retail filling station equipment and handling technical issues.
What you would do
- Install and maintain retail filling station equipment
- Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear explanations and solutions
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians when needed
- Keep records of issues, solutions and interactions
- Contribute to knowledge base and coordinate with internal teams
What they are asking for
- OND, HND or BSc in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Experience with dispensing pumps and electric motors is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong cognitive and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
