PTS Officer, Travels, Ticketing and POB
About this role
A PTS Officer for Travels, Ticketing and POB will coordinate and manage travel, ticketing, mission orders and POB administration across multiple locations, providing data support to Finance and Management and ensuring cost control and timely processing. The role targets candidates with relevant experience who can support staff and operate Dawinci and related systems in Port Harcourt or similar settings.
What you would do
- Assist staff with raising mission orders and track approvals
- Process approved domestic ticket purchases and bookings on Dawinci
- Administer Dawinci accounts, cost centres, users, correspondents and POB records
- Administer mission orders including reassignment, modifications, approvals and related staff updates
- Generate and publish KPI reports on travel, mission orders and accommodation
- Respond promptly to travel-related queries and support crisis management and operational activities

- BSc / BA / HND in any discipline
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Good computer and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong client-facing and communications skills
