Property Listing & Scouting Manager

Korrect Estates Investment Limited is recruiting a Part-time Property Listing and Scouting Manager for the Lekki–Epe corridor in Lagos. The role involves sourcing and verifying completed properties for sale, building relationships with property owners and other stakeholders, and creating photos and videos for listings. The position combines fieldwork with office reporting and has weekly targets for approved listings. What you would do

• Scout completed properties for sale across Lekki–Epe from Lekki Phase 1 to Epe.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, developers, estate managers, agents and other contacts.
• Verify listing details, ownership authority, and consent for photos and marketing materials.
• Capture photos and videos of properties and perform basic editing; organise media for the listings.
• Coordinate property inspections and guide clients and sales team to properties.
• Submit complete listing records for approval and publication on the platform.
• Maintain listings database and track field activity, visits, and responses.
• Confirm pricing and availability; flag any inconsistencies or conflicts.
• Ensure timely reporting and follow company procedures for transport and information handling.
• Meet weekly targets for qualified, complete, and approved listings.

What they are asking for

• Excellent knowledge of the Lekki–Epe corridor and its key areas (Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, Chevron, VGC, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abijo, Awoyaya, Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki, Epe).
• Experience in property scouting, real estate listings, agency work, or related roles is an advantage.
• Ability to approach new people and build professional relationships.
• Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and information-gathering skills.
• Basic smartphone photography and video/editing skills (CapCut or similar).
• Proficiency with maps, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and listing/CRM systems.
• Good organisation, attention to detail, punctuality and follow-through.
• Willingness to work in the field and support inspections; respect for property access and confidentiality.
• Integrity and sound judgement in dealing with property information.
