About this role

Promasidor Nigeria is advertising two roles in Lagos: Consumer & Market Insights Manager and Brand Manager, both based in Oshodi-Isolo. The Consumer & Market Insights Manager will lead the consumer and market insight agenda across Dairy, Culinary and Beverages, while the Brand Manager will develop and execute brand plans for assigned brands.

What you would do

• Lead Promasidor Nigeria’s consumer and market insight agenda across Dairy, Culinary and Beverages.
• Manage research projects end-to-end with suppliers, including design, fieldwork and analysis.
• Track category, brand and NPD performance and provide regular market updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market truths into growth bets and concrete actions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and learning that connect business measures with consumer metrics and marketing effectiveness.
• Define fit-for-purpose research methodologies and align project objectives with stakeholders.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• Additional professional marketing qualification or CIM membership is an added advantage.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant FMCG/consumer goods experience.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant consumer/market research, insights or analytics experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools; understanding of Nielsen/NIQ and consumer panel data.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and consumer immersion.
