About this role

ABNL Limited seeks a Projects (Tech) - Cost Estimating Lead III for a full-time role in Lagos, at Karaa Place. The position oversees the preparation and quality assurance of cost estimates for company-operated and OBO projects across gate and funding milestones, and coordinates the preparation of check estimates and schedules against OBO submittals and baseline assessments. It is intended for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience in cost and schedule estimating.

What you would do

• Oversee cost estimate preparation and quality assurance for company-operated and OBO estimates across gate and funding milestones.
• Coordinate the preparation of check estimates and schedules to compare with OBO submittals and assess cost and schedule bases.
• Provide leadership and consulting to the Estimating Supervisor on process efficiency and QA improvements.
• Attend project meetings with the project management team and external clients.
• Produce monthly cost reporting for the team and management to ensure expenditures stay within the project budget.
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT as required.
