What you would do

• Supervise day-to-day infrastructure works on site, including road construction, drainage, earthworks, kerbing and utility installation
• Interpret civil drawings, BOQs and specifications and ensure works align with approved designs
• Set out works on site using survey instruments and coordinate with surveyors
• Supervise contractors, artisans and site labour to maintain productivity and quality
• Conduct routine quality checks and material testing to ensure standards are met
• Track progress against the work programme and escalate delays or risks
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports and as-built documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely availability of materials and equipment
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and regulatory bodies on compliance and approvals
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and escalate design-related matters when needed
