Project Manager (Oil & Gas)

About this role

A full-time Project Manager is needed to oversee oil and gas projects in Lagos from initiation to close-out, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements. The role targets candidates with extensive project management experience in the oil and gas sector and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors and stakeholders.

What you would do

• Plan and coordinate oil and gas projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones and resource needs
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, operations and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, costs, risks, quality and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Prepare status reports, lead meetings and manage change orders and close-out activities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in oil and gas
• Proven experience with multidisciplinary projects and contractor management

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and strong leadership/communication skills
