About this role
Scruples Resources Limited, based in Lagos, Nigeria, is recruiting for a contracted Project Manager (Non-IT) III for the oil and gas sector. What you would do
- Lead planning, coordination, implementation and finalisation of projects to meet scope, deadlines and budget
- Communicate project status and resource needs to stakeholders
- Define project governance policies and manage financial aspects
- Coordinate with external vendors as required by the project
- Allocate and optimise resources across the project
- Report progress and performance against plans
- Interface with business units and all organisational levels
- Ensure quality management and project controls are applied
- Utilise project management tools to track schedules and costs
- Maintain alignment with specifications and deadlines for non-IT projects

- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in contracting/subcontracting, design & engineering management, execution planning, cost estimating and planning & scheduling
- Strong consensus-building, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Project or other project management tools
