What you would do

• Integrate development planning and subsurface work into overall project plans
• Work with functions to identify and resolve key issues
• Lead the Project Team and the Project Leadership Team
• Manage selected co-venture, commercial and government relationships related to the project
• Plan, coordinate, implement and finalise major capital projects within specifications, deadlines and budget
• Create and report project status and allocate resources as needed
• Define project governance policies and manage financial aspects
• Communicate across organisational lines and interfaces with various stakeholders
• Partner with external vendors as appropriate for the project
• Ensure quality requirements and on-time delivery through appropriate resource management

• Experience in major capital projects in the oil and gas industry
• Experience on international projects with at least two overseas assignments
• Experience in execution of a major capital project is preferred
• Leadership and personnel management skills

• Proficiency in project management skills (execution planning, contracting/procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning and scheduling, organisation design)
• Experience in one or more technical disciplines (Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, Structures, etc.)
