Project Manager / Construction Manager
About this role
Astracrest Investment Limited is looking for a Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Lagos. The role involves coordinating from start to finish, monitoring schedules, budgets, and resources, and supervising project personnel and contractors. What you would do
- Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project progress.
- Supervise contractors, artisans, engineers and other project personnel.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate procurement and efficient use of construction materials.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.

- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in construction or project management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting and site supervision.
- Professional certification or relevant industry membership is an added advantage.
- Preferred location: Ikorodu and environs.
