Project Manager
About this role
Hausba SmartHomes Limited seeks a Project Manager in Lagos. The company designs and installs smart‑home and AV systems for premium residential and commercial clients and delivers projects from design handover to client sign‑off, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion. The role involves planning scope, schedule, budget, materials and manpower; taking design handover from Design Studio; updating clients and reporting progress, risks and margin weekly; leading ons ite teams and conducting QA; and managing costs, variations, procurement and supplier relationships. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, Building or related field, with BPM or PRINCE2 being advantageous, plus extensive experience in managing AV, smart‑home, electrical or fit‑out projects and strong leadership and client handling skills.
What you would do
- Plan scope, schedule, budget, materials and manpower for each project
- Take design handover from the Design Studio and confirm build feasibility
- Keep clients updated and report weekly on progress, risks and margin
- Lead integrators and interns on site and run QA from first fix to handover
- Control costs and variations with Finance and track materials with Procurement

- 7+ years managing AV, smart‑home, electrical or fit‑out projects
