Project Manager

About this role

Smart Partners in Lagos is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, execute and deliver projects within approved scope, timeline and budget, while managing teams, resources, risks and stakeholders. The role is suitable for candidates with 5-7 years of project management experience and a related degree or HND.

What you would do

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
• Manage project teams, contractors, vendors and other resources.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures and address variances.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years' relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management and productivity tools.
