A full-time Project Manager role based in Lagos, overseeing multiple site projects for a facilities management group. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, standardising processes and maintaining accountability across teams.
What you would do
- Identify and resolve blockers before they become problems
- Develop standardised project management frameworks and templates
- Build and manage project trackers with milestones, blockers and risks
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across departments
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met
- Design, implement SOPs and QA checkpoints; monitor KPIs and produce reports
What they are asking for
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, operations or related delivery role
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive accountability without direct authority
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools)
- Canva proficiency for stakeholder-ready visuals
- PMP certification is an advantage but not required
- Experience in facilities management, construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors preferred
