What you would do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across departments from scoping to completion
- Create and maintain project trackers with milestones, blockers and risks
- Drive accountability across cross-functional and site teams without escalation
- Identify and resolve blockers proactively
- Develop standardised PM frameworks and templates for consistent delivery
- Oversee daily operational workflows across project sites
- Design and implement SOPs, internal tools and quality checks
- Enforce SOPs and quality standards during site visits
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships to meet deliverables and SLAs
- Analyse data to generate dashboards and insights for leadership
What they are asking for
- 4–7 years' experience in project management, operations or related delivery role
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Project (or similar tools)
- Ability to develop and enforce SOPs and quality standards in multi-site operations
- Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for stakeholder visuals
- PMP certification is an advantage but not required
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to drive accountability without direct authority
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
