Dwellion Design in Lagos is hiring a Project Manager to oversee structural design work, coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and clients, and ensure project schedules, quality and safety standards are met. What you would do

• Prepare and review structural designs and calculations for buildings and civil works
• Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into structural engineering designs
• Develop structural drawings for foundations, beams, slabs, columns, and reinforcement detailing
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities based on architectural and engineering drawings
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations against BOQ specifications
• Oversee site teams and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety policies
