About this role

Hausba SmartHomes Limited is seeking a Project Manager in Abuja to oversee design, installation and delivery of smart-home and AV projects for premium residential and commercial clients. The role involves leading on-site teams, managing quality assurance from first fix to handover, and communicating progress, risks and margins to clients and stakeholders. You will plan scopes, schedules, budgets, materials and manpower, take design handovers, control costs and variations, and track materials with procurement. Candidates should have significant experience managing multiple AV, smart-home, electrical or fit-out projects and strong leadership and client-handling skills. A degree in engineering, building or related field is required, with PMP or PRINCE2 as an advantage.

What you would do

• Lead on-site integrators and interns and oversee QA from first fix to handover.
• Keep clients updated and close out snags; report weekly on progress, risks and margin.
• Plan scope, schedule, budget, materials and manpower for each project.
• Take design handover from Design Studio and confirm build feasibility.
• Control costs and variations with Finance; track materials with Procurement.
