Project Manager

About this role

Cosgrove Investment Limited is looking for a Project Manager in Abuja to oversee construction and real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of project management experience in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure.

What you would do

• Oversee construction projects from planning to handover
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
• Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site personnel
• Liaise effectively with management, consultants, contractors, government agencies and other project stakeholders
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, project schedules and other technical documents

What they are asking for

• 7-10 years of proven project management experience, preferably in construction, real estate development or infrastructure
• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through execution, completion and handover
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality management and construction procedures
• Proven ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, project schedules, and technical documents
