What you would do
- Plan and oversee end-to-end project delivery for the Youth in Agriculture programme
- Develop project plans, timelines and implementation strategies
- Coordinate training, mentorship and job placement activities
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep milestones on track within budget
- Assist in design and development of training curricula and materials
- Oversee production of practical learning modules aligned with labour market needs
- Identify, engage and supervise facilitators and extension officers
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops and field activities
- Build and manage partnerships with agribusinesses and other organisations for internships and job placements
- Track programme outcomes and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders
