Project Intern
About this role
A Project Intern supporting program implementation, monitoring and documentation for health and development activities in Ekiti. The role supports the State Coordinator, analysts and the AISID team with field activities, data handling and meeting coordination.
What you would do
- Coordinate assigned program activities with the State Coordinator and team
- Assist in preparing trainings, workshops, meetings and field visits
- Schedule participants and track attendance for routine activities
- Maintain program trackers and update milestones and action points
- Support data collection, organisation and basic reporting materials
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programme activities and meetings
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Management)
- Must have completed NYSC
- Experience in NGOs, public health or development settings is advantageous
- Experience supporting meetings, trainings, field activities or data collection is advantageous
- Strong organisational, communication and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital data collection tools is a plus
