Project Engineer and Scrum Master

What you would do
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage project plans and documentation
- Translate client requirements into objectives, tasks, timelines and responsibilities
- Monitor milestones, dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
- Maintain project boards, update stakeholders on progress and escalate issues
- Ensure project quality, scope, budget, and client expectations are met

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or related roles
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification such as PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar
