Project Coordinator
About this role
A Project Coordinator role based in Lagos for Smart Energies, focusing on coordinating field activities, inventory and data tracking, and liaison among field staff, retailers and the project team. What you would do
- Coordinate day-to-day field activities including warehouse tasks, retailer onboarding and cylinder distribution
- Track inventory, sales and beneficiary data using mobile apps and digital trackers
- Liaise daily between field staff, retailers and the BURN–SmartEnergies project team
- Support scheduling, reporting and on-site problem solving during deployment
- Ensure smooth communication among retailers, staff and supervisors
- Assist with project coordination tasks as needed

- BSc/BEng/HND certificate
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project or field coordination
- Strong IT, smartphone and app proficiency
