Project Coordinator

About this role

A Project Coordinator role based in Ogun, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects from initiation to completion. The role involves working with senior management, contractors and vendors to ensure schedules, costs and documentation are properly managed.

What you would do

• Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, milestones and deliverables
• Assist the Senior Project Manager to ensure timely project execution
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors and site supervisors to track progress and resolve actions
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports and variation orders
• Support commercial activities such as BoQs, cost estimates, interim valuations and tender submissions
• Coordinate project reporting, stakeholder meetings and administrative tasks to drive multiple workstreams to completion

What they are asking for

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering, Architecture or related built-environment discipline
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination, project support, quantity surveying, construction or related fields
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing schedules, deliverables and multiple workstreams
• Knowledge of BoQs, measurements, interim valuations, cost estimates and contract administration; NIQS membership or pursuit is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project scheduling and tracking tools
