Project Coordinator

About this role

A Project Coordinator role supporting the Senior Project Manager to coordinate projects, track deliverables and manage stakeholders for a 6-month contract in Ogun. It targets professionals with a background in civil, mechanical/structural engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or related disciplines with experience in project coordination or construction.

What you would do

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams for follow-up and execution.
• Maintain project trackers, risk/issue logs, documentation and progress reports.
• Attend project or site meetings, prepare minutes and track actions to closure.
• Support preparation and review of BOQs, cost estimates, measurements, payment certificates and variation orders.
• Support project reporting, documentation, procurement and general project administration.

What they are asking for

• BSc/BEng in Civil, Mechanical/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years' experience in project coordination, project support, quantity surveying, construction or related fields.
• Experience with manufacturing plants, factories, industrial facilities or plant installation projects is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of BOQs, measurements, valuations, payment certificates and basic contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong coordination, communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
