What you would do
- Lead the design team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions in wood, furniture and interior design.
- Manage projects from concept to completion within time and budget constraints.

- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is followed.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and new technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior design team members.
