Project Architect
About this role
A Project Architect role for Efficacy Construction Company in Lagos, responsible for planning, designing and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. The position targets architects with several years of experience who can prepare designs, drawings and regulatory submissions and work with multidisciplinary teams.
What you would do
- Develop architectural concepts and designs to meet project objectives
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications and working documents
- Prepare site plans, elevations, sections and schedules for construction documentation
- Submit approval drawings for statutory approvals and liaise with authorities
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and manage architectural inputs across disciplines
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction to ensure compliance with drawings and standards
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 3–5 years of relevant architectural design and construction experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max and similar software
- Understanding of building regulations, planning approvals and construction processes
- Professional membership with architectural bodies is an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
