What you would do
- Coordinate monthly NHIA capitation payments for FSSHIP to over 1,300 facilities
- Coordinate monthly NHIA FFS payments to healthcare facilities
- Oversee claims reconciliation for CEMONC and FSSHIP programmes
- Manage end-to-end CEMONC claims processing, portal uploads, and payment evidence
- Supervise the Provider Liaison Officer and CEMONC Claims Verifiers
- Oversee adoption and retrieval of contracts with partner providers
- Monitor facility performance and escalate issues
- Manage onboarding and training of new NHIA FSSHIP facilities
- Coordinate representation at NHIA and stakeholder events, logistics and documentation
- Maintain regulatory submissions calendar and ensure deadlines are met
