What you would do

• Support execution of public health programs from planning to implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis to inform program design and outputs.
• Assist in preparing technical deliverables such as proposals, reports and briefs.
• Maintain work plans, trackers, implementation records and performance data for projects.
• Assist with research activities including data collection, quality assurance and study coordination.
• Analyse program data to identify trends and generate insights for decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work, research, volunteer or internship experience in health research or public health programs.
• Exposure to clinical research, implementation science or newborn/maternal and child health is an advantage.
• Interest in health systems strengthening, research administration or evidence-to-policy work.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian health system or experience with academic, government or non-profit institutions is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft reports and briefs.
