Programmes Specialist

About this role

The Programme Specialist will oversee the design, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Rise Networks’ programmes. They will translate objectives into execution plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, monitor performance, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and to a high standard. The role supports Rise Networks’ work in AI-powered learning, skills development and governance innovation in the public sector.

What you would do

• Lead the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of programmes and projects.
• Develop programme work plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation frameworks.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, facilitators, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple programmes simultaneously to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor programme KPIs, outcomes, deliverables, and impact indicators.
• Ensure compliance with programme standards, policies, budgets, and timelines.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant programme or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing programmes from concept through implementation and evaluation.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Strong skills in programme planning, budgeting, reporting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of project/programme management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Notion or similar is an advantage.
