What you would do
- Lead the execution of healthcare programs and strategic initiatives across multiple levels of government and healthcare sectors.
- Coordinate and manage diverse stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
- Foster and manage partnerships with government, institutions, associations, NGOs, donors, and industry players.
- Drive ecosystem collaboration, strategic partnerships, and market access initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes across healthcare sectors.
- Oversee activities related to proposal development and resource mobilisation.
- Monitor and report on program progress and impact to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field with minimum second class upper.
- Master's Degree in Public Health, MBA, Healthcare Management, Health Economics, International Development or related discipline preferred.
- demonstrated skills in partnership and stakeholder management, program management and execution, healthcare ecosystem knowledge, leadership and collaboration, communication, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnership development, market access, budget and resource management, and monitoring and evaluation.
