Program Manager
About this role
A full-time Programme Manager in Maiduguri responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting LPF programmes to meet donor and organisational standards. The role leads programme teams, coordinates with multiple internal functions and focuses on quality, accountability and impact for vulnerable and crisis-affected populations.
What you would do
- Lead planning, implementation, review and close-out of assigned programmes
- Coordinate programme activities across locations and with technical teams
- Ensure programmes adhere to proposals, workplans, budgets and results frameworks
- Monitor progress against milestones and address implementation gaps
- Promote high programme quality and integrate cross-cutting issues like gender and safeguarding
- Prepare donor reports and ensure documentation supports accountability and compliance
