Program Manager

About this role

Program Manager role for Slum2school Africa in Lagos, focused on providing high-level support to the Executive Director and coordinating administrative and strategic activities across teams. What you would do

• Screen and prioritise emails, calls and communications
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, minutes and follow-ups for meetings
• Manage the ED's calendar, appointments, travel plans and meeting logistics
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Draft high-level correspondence, presentations and reports
• Coordinate donor, partner, board, volunteer and stakeholder engagements and logistical arrangements
