About this role
The role supports the Account Sourcing Manager in delivering the client sourcing strategy for JLL’s accounts in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, based in Lagos. It is suited to someone with procurement or sourcing experience who can manage supplier relationships and run RFQ/RFP/RFX processes.
What you would do
- Support execution of the client sourcing strategy in the EMEA region.
- Develop and implement initiatives relating to compliance, savings, consolidation, sustainability and innovation.
- Maintain adherence to JLL sourcing and contracting standards.
- Manage and grow supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct RFQ, RFP and RFX processes and evaluations, including e-auctions via Bravo/Jaggaer.
- Monitor supplier performance and assist with regional sourcing programmes and account execution.
What they are asking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Buyer/Procurement/Sourcing Specialist within FM, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Estate Management.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Polish/French/German) would be a benefit.
- Experience in Procurement/e-auctions and sourcing contracted services.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent numerical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good follow-through.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
