Production Support Officer
About this role
The Production Support Officer will handle store documentation, stock control and financial reporting across Food Concepts' production units, including ERP/SAP data entry and related administration. It targets candidates with one to two years post-NYSC experience in inventory, store operations or finance/admin within QSR or retail, who hold a relevant degree and are based in Kaduna or willing to relocate.
What you would do
- Maintain store documentation and input data into ERP/SAP, sending records to Head Office.
- Oversee stock movements, daily receipts, variances, and monthly stock takes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports (GP, P&L) and liaise with Finance for management reporting.
- Manage weekly petty cash and invoice processing.
- Ensure real-time updates of production and inventory data on SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate store administration, including HR documentation, notice board updates, vendor cheque handovers, and compliance follow-ups.

- HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles in a food service environment.
- High accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail in reporting and data entry.
- Resident in Kaduna or willing to relocate to Kaduna.
