Production Support Officer
About this role
A Production Support Officer is being sought by Food Concepts Plc in Lagos to manage store documentation, inventory control, financial reporting, and administrative tasks across its production units. The role involves handling ERP/SAP data entry, stock movement, daily receiving, variance reporting, and monthly stock takes, as well as preparing financial reports and supporting management reporting. What you would do
- Manage store documentation and SAP/ERP data entry and transmit records to Head Office.
- Oversee stock movement, daily receiving, variance reporting, and monthly stock takes.
- Support preparation of financial reports (gross profit, profit and loss) and collaborate with Finance on management reporting.
- Handle weekly petty cash, float management, and invoice processing.
- Ensure real-time updates of production and inventory data on SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate store administration tasks including HR documentation, notice board updates, vendor cheque handovers, and compliance follow-ups.
What they are asking for
- 1 - 2 years post-NYSC experience in inventory, store operations, or finance/admin within QSR or retail.
- HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles in a food service environment.
- High accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail in reporting and data entry.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Ajah, Lagos.
