What you would do
- Monitor the plastic injection moulding, blow moulding and foam insulation/assembly lines for coolers and flasks.
- Establish, monitor and adjust parameters (temperature, pressure, cooling time) for moulding machines.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimise material usage.
- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate shift supervisors, machine operators and assembly workers.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance for extrusion and injection moulding machines to minimise downtime.
- Ensure the factory floor follows all health, environmental and workplace safety rules.
