Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Trainee

What you would do
- Monitor raw and packaging material availability for production continuity
- Prepare and share daily RM and PM status reports with the planning team
- Maintain daily inventory/issue reports and oversee RM/PM receipts and issuances
- Ensure FIFO compliance and follow up on GRN with warehouse for system updates
- Create material reservations in SAP and monitor issuance
- Create, release and monitor process orders for production; ensure TECO after production
- Coordinate material flow with warehouse, logistics and production teams
- Track truck turnaround and oversee unloading/loading activities
- Resolve material availability and operational issues to prevent production delays
- Assist in documentation and reporting accuracy and carry out additional supervisor-directed tasks
