Production Pharmacist – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
About this role

What you would do
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to ensure adherence to approved batch records and SOPs.
- Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Review and sign off on batch manufacturing and packaging records for accuracy.
- Monitor production schedules to meet targets without compromising product quality.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to resolve in-process deviations and non-conformances.
- Supervise and train production staff on GMP, SOPs and safe operating procedures.
What they are asking for
- Pharm degree and registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production or manufacturing role, with sound knowledge of GMP.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production/ERP systems.
- Good communication, supervisory and team leadership skills.
