Sweet Nation Foods Limited in Abuja is looking to hire Production Personnel to support daily production tasks, ensuring products meet quality, safety and hygiene standards while achieving targets. The role involves processing, mixing, packaging and labelling, while operating production equipment safely and following SOPs and schedules. Candidates should be prepared to maintain high personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness and to assist with cleaning and sanitation of machines and areas. The company is a fast-growing snack manufacturer and distributor serving Retail and Food-service sectors across Nigeria. The position is full-time and involves working in shifts, including overtime and weekends when required.

What you would do

• Carry out production tasks such as processing, mixing, packaging and labelling as assigned
• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and correctly
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, production schedules and quality specifications
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety and workplace cleanliness
• Carry out routine cleaning and sanitation of machines, tools and work areas
• Minimise waste and use raw materials and packaging efficiently
• Work as part of a team to meet daily output targets

What they are asking for

• SSCE / WAEC minimum
• 1 - 2 years of experience in food production or manufacturing (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required
• Good attention to detail, discipline and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
