About this role
Nutri K Limited in Kano is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join the Production Department. The role involves operating food production equipment and carrying out production tasks in line with approved procedures, quality standards, HACCP and health and safety requirements to deliver efficient, safe and consistent NutriK FZE food products.
What you would do
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
- Carry out production tasks such as mixing, filling, packaging and labelling as per production plans.
- Maintain compliance with GMP and HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunction or deviation.
- Monitor product quality during production and report non-conformities.
- Accurately record production data including quantities produced, downtime and wastage.
What they are asking for
- SSCE or a science-related diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production or other operations.
- English language skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
- Knowledge of GMP and basic food hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to operate and monitor production equipment and follow work instructions and SOPs.
