About this role
Assist to Hire Limited in Lagos is seeking a Production Manager with an electrical engineering background and hands-on experience in the solar panel manufacturing or renewable energy industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate production and technical teams, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across the facility.
What you would do
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations within the solar panel manufacturing facility.
- Supervise production, technical and support teams to meet operational targets and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate shift activities and manage handovers between teams.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to minimise downtime and boost productivity.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and production equipment.

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in solar panel manufacturing or renewable energy environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, solar panel production processes and related equipment.
- Experience in operations management, production supervision or team leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
