Production Assistant

About this role

Resurgir Consulting is seeking a Production Assistant to support production operations in Ondo. The role targets a professional with a Microbiology background and at least five years' experience in food or beverage production, with a focus on quality, safety and efficient manufacturing.

What you would do

• Assist in daily production of beverages and other products per approved procedures.
• Ensure production activities comply with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and report deviations or equipment issues promptly.
• Support the implementation of GMP and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised production environment.
