Product Support Officer
About this role
A Product Support Officer in Lagos supporting EIDU’s field operations by ensuring reliable use of products, devices and connectivity in schools. The role collaborates with field, data and product teams and external partners to prevent issues and keep data flowing.
What you would do
- Monitor product usage across schools and identify underperforming areas
- Diagnose causes of low usage or faults and prioritise field interventions
- Identify and resolve data syncing and connectivity issues to ensure accurate dashboards
- Maintain device health and coordinate updates and preventive maintenance
- Develop monitoring, alerts and routines to flag emerging issues early
- Resolve user concerns, communicate status, and maintain a knowledge base
What they are asking for
- 3+ years in technology operations or product support, preferably in education or field technology
- Strong product/tech support skills with ability to differentiate field, connectivity, device or product causes
- Strong data fluency to build and interpret dashboards for operational decisions
- Practical troubleshooting across mobile apps, Android devices and connectivity
- Understanding of data syncing and offline-first operation in low-connectivity environments (advantage)
- Willingness to travel to schools and field sites as required
