Product Marketer
About this role
A full-time Product Marketer role in Lagos focused on driving user growth, product adoption and revenue through product marketing and growth strategies. Suitable for candidates with experience in product marketing or growth, preferably in FinTech, SaaS or tech.
What you would do
- Create value propositions, use cases and sales assets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, sales and marketing teams to hit growth goals.
- Research customers, markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and optimise acquisition channels, funnels and campaigns.
- Improve onboarding, activation, product adoption and retention.
- Lead growth experiments, A/B testing and performance analytics.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Product Management or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management or related roles.
- Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with product positioning, GTM strategies and sales enablement.
- Experience driving customer acquisition, product adoption or revenue growth.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, CRM, analytics or marketing automation tools is desirable.
