What you would do
- Prepare reports on market activities, sales performance and customer feedback
- Identify potential customers including wholesalers, retailers, distributors and resellers across Lagos markets
- Recommend pricing, positioning and promotional strategies
- Plan and execute product advertising and promotional campaigns
- Identify new markets and opportunities to expand product distribution in Lagos
- Ensure solar fans are well positioned to attract target customers
- Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitors, pricing and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategies to promote solar fans and increase sales
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, market traders and partners

- Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales, brand promotion or similar roles
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the Lagos market and retail distribution channels
- Experience with solar products, consumer electronics or home appliances is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Lagos for market visits and promotions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
