What you would do

• Publish the station and swap strategy, PRDs, PR/FAQs and a metrics-first roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with engineering, design, data and station operations, from pilots to network-wide rollout.
• Define and publish KPI sets; own swap and availability SLAs; drive RCAs and operationalise reliability across stations, agents and the swap flow.
• Be on the ground at stations during peak hours with riders and agents to observe and translate findings into improved flows, standards and training.
