About this role
A Product Manager for Spark Projects at Supabase, a Postgres development platform, will own the strategy and roadmap for a new Spark project type designed for agent-driven infrastructure needs. The role aims to make Spark the default starting point for agent-built software and to guide projects from early experiments to production workloads on Supabase. It involves defining how projects are claimed, upgraded, and grown, and shaping pricing and packaging with cross-functional teams. The position is fully remote and globally accessible. The company offers ESOP, remote-friendly benefits, and a focus on fast iteration and data-guided decisions.

- Strong perspective on agent-driven development and backend needs for developers and platforms.
- Experience with AI evaluations, controlled experimentation, and data analysis.
- Bias toward rapid shipping, learning, and iteration over perfecting a spec.
- Ability to use AI tools for research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
- Comfort with async, written decision-making in a fully remote team.
