Product Manager / Floor Manager
About this role
Blessing Computers Limited is looking for a hands-on Product Manager and Floor Manager to oversee the product range and manage the showroom floor in Lagos. The role involves ensuring selected products are in stock, properly priced, well displayed, and that the sales team serves customers promptly to meet targets. The position combines product management duties with floor supervision and staff leadership. What you would do
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to maintain fast-selling items in stock
- Keep sales team informed about product features, prices and promotions
- Report product performance, stock gaps and customer feedback to management
- Manage product range including phones, laptops and accessories
- Monitor prices and competitor offers and recommend pricing to management
- Track fast and slow selling products and advise what to stock, including models and colours
- Keep showroom floor well displayed, clean and labelled
- Supervise sales representatives and assign floor duties
- Ensure all inquiries (walk-ins, calls, app, website) are attended to and followed up
- Monitor and report daily and monthly sales targets and provide floor/product reports and coaching for staff

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 4 years' experience in retail, sales or product management with 2 years in a supervisory role
- OND/ HND/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic sales or inventory software
