Blessing Computers Limited in Lagos is recruiting for a hands-on Product Manager and Floor Manager to oversee its product range and showroom operations. The role involves managing stock, pricing, display, and leading the sales team to meet targets. What you would do
- Manage the company product range including phones, laptops, and accessories.
- Track fast- and slow-selling products and advise on stock decisions (models and colours).
- Collaborate with procurement and vendors to keep popular items available.
- Monitor prices and competitor offers and recommend pricing to management.
- Keep sales team informed about product features, prices, and promotions.
- Report product performance, stock gaps, and customer feedback to management.
- Supervise sales representatives and assign duties on the shop floor.
- Ensure every inquiry (walk-in, call, app, website) is attended to and followed up.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales targets and report results.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and accurate labelling.

- OND/HD/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in retail, sales, or product management, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of phones, laptops, or electronics retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic sales or inventory software.
- Honest, disciplined, and target-driven.
