Product Manager – Consumer Durables / FMCG

A Product Manager is sought to own and develop a brand product portfolio in the consumer durables sector for Scanfrost. What you would do
- Manage the Scanfrost product portfolio across assigned categories.
- Develop knowledge of product specifications, features, technology, quality and consumer requirements.
- Analyse product performance and identify portfolio improvement opportunities.
- Identify gaps and recommend new SKUs and product categories.
- Benchmark Scanfrost products against competitors.
- Develop and manage product pricing based on cost, margins, competition and market position.
- Analyse costing, landed cost and gross margins; conduct competitor price benchmarking.
- Recommend pricing changes based on market conditions and competition.
- Maintain SKU-wise pricing and profitability analysis.
- Identify new product opportunities and develop detailed briefs for NPD; manage the complete NPD process from concept to launch; ensure commercial viability and quality/price targets.
