Product Manager
About this role
E-Doconline Limited seeks an experienced Product Manager in Abuja with a strong consulting background and hands-on Agile experience. The role involves steering product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, translating business needs into solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products aligned with business goals. The company operates as a data infrastructure platform for market access in emerging markets, leveraging Open Banking and a proprietary AI model. The position is full-time and targets candidates with fintech or Open Banking experience.
What you would do
- Drive product strategy and roadmap development
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, operations and business stakeholders
- Lead backlog prioritisation and ensure delivery with technical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product demonstrations and feedback
- Define, monitor and interpret product KPIs and adoption metrics
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and product demonstrations
- Foster stakeholder engagement and clear communication of progress and performance
- Support product go-to-market activities and business case development
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance or related field
- Minimum 4 years in product management, product ownership, business analysis or related roles
- Strong understanding of product management practices and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in consulting and client engagement, requirements gathering and solution delivery
- Experience with Agile development, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Experience managing digital products through ideation, development, launch and adoption
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and fintech or Open Banking initiatives is desirable
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Good understanding of Open Banking, API-driven services, data privacy and consent management
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
